Therapy for Warner Robins
If your work schedule shifts from week to week, a standing appointment at an office can be hard to keep. Online therapy gives Warner Robins residents more room to move: sessions happen over video, and our hours include weekday evenings until 7pm ET and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm ET, with Sunday sessions by arrangement.
Warner Robins is in Houston County, and we serve Houston County and the rest of Georgia. Our therapists hold Georgia licenses, our platform and client portal are HIPAA-compliant, and we verify your insurance benefits before your first session.
Who we help
Reasons people reach out
We work with adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and grief; couples navigating time apart or competing demands; and teens ages 13 to 17. If you move elsewhere in Georgia, you can keep the same therapist. If you move out of state, we'll help coordinate a referral.
You might be dealing with
- Parenting stress and tension at home
- Low mood, low energy or losing interest in things you used to enjoy
- Conflict or distance in a relationship
- Painful experiences that still affect you today
Therapy services
What therapy with us looks like
For most people, therapy starts with individual sessions: a weekly or every-other-week video appointment with one therapist who gets to know your history, your goals and the way you think. Ongoing worry, low mood, relationship strain, work stress and grief are all common reasons to begin.
Couples therapy follows a clear arc. The first two or three sessions cover your history together, what is working and what isn't, and some individual time with each partner. After that, sessions focus on practicing new ways of talking, and they taper to every other week, then monthly, as things shift.
Insurance and cost
Coverage, checked before you start
Insurance can be a maze, so we handle it. Once you submit the intake form, we verify your benefits and tell you what each session will cost. With insurance, that's as low as $0 per session, depending on your plan.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Optum / UnitedHealthcare and Humana. For Georgia Medicaid, we work with Amerigroup, CareSource and Peach State Health Plan. Some Medicare Advantage plans through Aetna and Humana are accepted, but traditional Medicare is not. Private pay, HSA and FSA are welcome.

Consent, safety updates and family sessions
Around the school day
Weekdays until 7pm ET and weekends
Teen therapy for Warner Robins families covers ages 13 through 17. Teens come to us with test anxiety, sadness that's affecting sleep or friendships, perfectionism, bullying, family changes like divorce, and questions about who they are. Each teen gets a written safety plan at intake, updated as needed.
Parent involvement is built in without taking over. You start the process, sign consent, and meet with the therapist periodically. With written consent from both you and your teen, we can coordinate with school counselors or IEP and 504 teams so therapy lines up with what's happening at school.
Scheduling around the school day is simpler online. Your teen needs a private room and a device, not a ride, and sessions can be booked on weekday afternoons and early evenings until 7pm ET or on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm ET, with Sunday sessions by arrangement.

How online therapy works
Secure video, on your schedule
MentalSpace Therapy is an online practice, so there is no office visit at any point. Your therapist meets you on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and consent forms, intake paperwork and scheduling all happen in a portal you can open from your phone.
Because nothing depends on driving, a session can fit into a weekday evening before 7pm ET or a Saturday between 10am and 3pm ET, or a Sunday by arrangement. You need to be in Georgia during each session, whether that's at home in Warner Robins or somewhere else in the state.

Coaching
Coaching for goals, not diagnoses
Life coaching and relationship coaching are skills- and decision-focused. A life coach can help you plan a career move or build habits that stick. A relationship coach can help you and a partner talk through decisions without the conversation turning into a fight.
Most of our coaches hold ICF credentials at the ACC, PCC or MCC level. Coaching is private pay, because insurance treats it as non-medical, and the per-session rate depends on the coach's credential.

Questions people ask before starting
What hours can Warner Robins clients book sessions?
Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm ET and Saturday from 10am to 3pm ET, with Sunday sessions by arrangement. Exact appointment times depend on your therapist's availability, and the care team will look for a recurring time that fits your schedule.
Do you have an office in Warner Robins?
There's no physical office in Warner Robins. Sessions are held by secure video with Georgia-licensed therapists, so you can meet from home, a private office, or anywhere in the state with a closed door and a good connection.
What if my therapist isn't the right fit?
Tell us. Fit matters, and we'll rematch you with a different therapist without any awkwardness. You can also share preferences on the intake form, such as your therapist's gender or the times you're available, so the first match is as close as possible.
Can I pay without using insurance?
Yes. Private pay is welcome at a simple per-session rate, confirmed before your first session, with no subscription or membership. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and we can provide superbills if you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
