How it works
You hear the number before you owe it.
Whether you use insurance or pay privately, the sequence is the same: we confirm the cost, then we schedule your first telehealth session with a licensed therapist.
Tell us how you'd like to pay
In the two-minute form, pick insurance or private pay. If it's insurance, your plan name is enough to start — we can take the member ID on your call.
We verify and confirm
Within 1–2 business days we check your benefits — copay, coinsurance, deductible, prior authorization — or walk you through the private-pay rate.
Then we schedule
With the exact amount in hand, we book your first session. Nothing is charged before it happens.
Coaching
Coaching is priced separately.
Coaching isn't a clinical mental health service, so insurance doesn't reimburse it. Coaching is private pay only, with rates shared on your welcome call.
Rate depends on coach credential (ICF ACC, PCC, MCC) — confirmed before you start.
