About

Therapy without the friction.

Most therapy practices are good at therapy and bad at everything else — the intake forms, the insurance maze, the wait lists, the platform that breaks at 8:55am before your 9am session. We're trying to be excellent at both.

What we believe

Five things we hold the line on.

Fit matters more than continuity

The single biggest predictor of therapy outcomes is the working alliance between you and your therapist. If the fit isn't right, we'd rather rematch you than have you sit through sessions that aren't working.

Real humans, not gig labor

Every clinician on our team is a salaried W-2 employee with full clinical supervision, continuing education time, and protected hours for documentation — not a contractor stretched across three platforms. You see fewer therapists per practice, but the ones you see can do the work.

Boring excellence in infrastructure

HIPAA-compliant infrastructure is the floor, not the ceiling. Our portal works. Our scheduling works. Our billing tells you what you'll pay before you owe it. None of that is glamorous and all of it is the difference between healthcare you trust and healthcare you tolerate.

No payment information on the website

Billing is handled in our EHR after the intake call — never on this site. We don't want your card before we've talked to you, and you shouldn't have to give it.

Coaching ≠ therapy

When the work is clinical, you need licensed therapy. When the work is forward-focused (career, leadership, decisions), you may need coaching. We offer both, and we're honest about which you actually need.

Why we exist

“Healthcare you trust, not just healthcare you tolerate. The boring parts done excellently so the clinical parts can do their work.”

Team

A clinical team built around supervision, fit, and pace.

Our therapists are Georgia-licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with specialty training across CBT, DBT, EMDR, Gottman, EFT, and more. Coaches hold ICF credentials at ACC, PCC, or MCC level. Every clinician participates in weekly clinical supervision and consultation — even our senior people. That's how we keep the work sharp.

We don't list therapists by name on this site — that's deliberate. Picking by photo or bio biases matching. Instead, you tell us what you're working on, and a real human pairs you with the clinician whose specialties, schedule, and style fit best.

Where we work

All of Georgia, fully online.

Therapy is licensed at the state level — our clinicians are licensed in Georgia and can see you anywhere within the state. From Atlanta to Augusta, Macon to Savannah, Columbus to Athens, the small towns and the suburbs in between. Coaching is national and international, since coaching isn't state-licensed.

Telehealth, by design — not by compromise.
