Within 24 to 72 hours, a real member of our team calls you to verify a few details, answer questions, and confirm we're the right fit. Then we onboard you to the client portal, verify insurance, and schedule your first session.

We're fully online — telehealth by design. If you specifically need in-person care, we'll refer you to colleagues who do that.

How much does therapy cost?

What insurance do you accept?

Why don't you collect a card on signup?

Because billing happens in our EHR after the intake call — never on this website. We don't want your card before we've talked, and we don't run a payment system on the public site.

Tell us. We'd genuinely rather rematch you than have you grind through sessions. Fit changes outcomes more than any specific modality.

Yes. Sessions run on a HIPAA-compliant video platform separate from your normal Zoom or Google Meet. We don't record sessions, we don't share content with third parties, and notes live in an encrypted EHR.

What about insurance — do they see what I talk about?

Insurance sees a diagnosis code and dates of service. They never see session content. If diagnosis confidentiality matters (e.g., security clearance, life insurance), our subscription option doesn't generate insurance claims.

What if I'm in crisis between sessions?

Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (national, 24/7), or 911 for an active emergency. Our therapists provide a personal safety plan during intake, and our portal has crisis resources for Georgia. We're not a crisis service ourselves — therapy is for sustained care.

Yes. The peer-reviewed research since 2020 has been clear — outcomes match in-person care for the most common presentations. The convenience usually means people show up consistently, which is the largest single factor in outcomes.

Where should I be during sessions?

A private, quiet space where you can talk freely. Cars are fine if parked. Coffee shops aren't. Your therapist will pause if they hear you can't speak openly.

Can I record my own sessions?

We ask that you don't. Recording can change the dynamic of the room and creates legal risks for both sides. If you want to remember something specific, your therapist can help you write it down at the end.
