Tell us a little

Five short questions about who you are, what's bringing you in, how you'd like to pay (insurance or private pay), and your scheduling preferences. Most people finish in under three minutes — and you don't enter any payment information online.

24–72 hours

A real human reaches out

Within 24 to 72 hours, a member of our care team calls you to verify a few details, answer questions, and confirm we're the right fit. If we're not — for example, you need in-person care or a specialty we don't offer — we'll tell you and help you find the right place.

1–2 business days

Portal + paperwork

We grant you access to our HIPAA-compliant client portal. You sign a few documents (consent, privacy notice, intake forms) and confirm scheduling. We verify your insurance benefits and tell you exactly what you'll pay per session before any money changes hands.

Within ~7 days

First session

Fifty minutes, fully online, on any device. Most clients feel a difference within three sessions. Your therapist starts building a working plan with you in session one — no generic protocols.
