Online Therapy in Roswell, Georgia

Therapy for Roswell adults, couples and teens who are tired of holding it all together. Licensed Georgia therapists, secure video, insurance accepted.

Therapy for Roswell

Some people who need therapy look completely fine from the outside. They show up for work, take care of their families and answer every text, then lie awake replaying the day. If that sounds familiar and you live in Roswell, you don't have to wait until things fall apart to talk to someone.

MentalSpace Therapy offers online therapy across Fulton County and the rest of Georgia. You meet with a licensed therapist from home over secure video, and we verify your insurance benefits before you start so you know the cost up front.

How online therapy works

How telehealth works for Roswell residents

Every session happens over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You need a phone, tablet or computer, a reliable connection, and a private place to talk. Most people join from home, and some use a closed office during a lunch break.

There's no commute and no waiting room. Our hours run Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm ET and Saturday from 10am to 3pm ET, with Sunday sessions by arrangement, so you can look for an evening or weekend time that works around your job or family. Licensing rules require you to be in Georgia during each session, so you can join from Roswell or anywhere else in the state.

Therapy services

Therapy for one person, or for two

If what's weighing on you lives mostly inside your own head, such as racing thoughts at night, a heaviness that won't lift, or a loss you haven't been able to talk about, individual therapy in Roswell is the usual starting point. You meet with the same licensed therapist each time, and the work moves at a pace you help set.

If the problem lives between you and a partner, couples therapy may fit better. Our couples clinicians draw on approaches such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy, and they don't take sides. Many insurance plans cover couples work as family or relational therapy, and we check yours before you start.

Consent, safety updates and family sessions

Around the school day

Weekdays until 7pm ET and weekends

Adolescence is its own stage, and therapy for teens should look different from therapy for adults. Our clinicians adapt approaches like CBT and DBT skills for 13- to 17-year-olds, with concrete examples, more in-session practice and less homework. Teens have a say in the pace.

For parents in Roswell, the process starts with you: you complete the matching form on your teen's behalf and sign consent, and billing stays with you, never the teen. If your teen doesn't want to go, we can start with a short conversation with you or a no-pressure meet-and-greet with the therapist.

Video sessions mean your teen can join from home soon after school. With weekday hours until 7pm ET, Saturday hours from 10am to 3pm ET, and Sunday sessions by arrangement, it's easier to avoid missed classes.

Coaching

Life and relationship coaching for Roswell

Coaching is a good match when you want structure and accountability around something specific: a new role, a move, a decision you keep putting off, or a relationship you want to strengthen rather than repair.

Sessions happen over video, with a coach matched to the kind of goal you have. There's no diagnosis involved and insurance doesn't pay for coaching, so we share the per-session rate on your welcome call and confirm it before your first session.

Getting started

How to get started

Roswell FAQ

Questions people ask before starting

Do you have an office in Roswell?

We don't have an office in Roswell, or anywhere else, because all of our therapy is online. That means no drive and no waiting room: you join a secure video session from a private spot in Georgia, and paperwork happens in our client portal.

Can I pay without using insurance?

Yes. Private pay is welcome at a simple per-session rate, confirmed before your first session, with no subscription or membership. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and we can provide superbills if you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

What should I do in a crisis?

MentalSpace Therapy is not a crisis service. If you are in danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call the Georgia Crisis & Access Line at 1-800-715-4225. Both are available 24 hours a day.

Do you accept Medicare?

We don't currently accept traditional Medicare. We do accept some Medicare Advantage plans through Aetna and Humana, and we'll verify yours during intake. If neither applies, private pay is available at a per-session rate confirmed before your first session.

Does insurance cover life or relationship coaching?

No. Coaching isn't a medical service, so insurance doesn't apply. Rates depend on the coach's credential and are shared on your welcome call before you commit. If what you need is clinical, such as treatment for anxiety or depression, therapy can be billed to insurance.
